对本项目资格预审文件变更如下：

Changes to the project's Prequalification Documents are as follows:

1.获取资格预审文件的时间修改为2021年10月11日至2021年10月24日17:00 （中国北京时间）。

1. The date for obtaining prequalification documents is modified to from Monday, October 11, 2021 to 17:00 on Monday, October 24, 2021 (Beijing Time).

2.“主办单位鼓励全国工程勘察设计大师、院士、知名设计师组建团队参加征集活动。通过资格预审的申请人或联合体申请人的首席规划师、首席建筑师、首席景观设计师，需要出席征集各个重要阶段的汇报会议（因疫情防控等特殊要求除外）”修改为“主办单位鼓励全国工程勘察设计大师、院士、知名设计师组建团队参加征集活动。通过资格预审的申请人或联合体申请人的首席规划师、首席建筑师、首席景观设计师中的至少一位，需要出席征集重要阶段的汇报会议（如两个阶段的应征设计方案评审会）（因疫情防控等特殊要求除外）”。

2. “The Sponsor encourages national engineering survey and design masters, academicians, and renowned designers to form teams to participate in the solicitation. The chief planners, chief architects, and chief landscape architects of the Applicants or Consortia who have passed the prequalification should attend the reporting meeting at each important stage of the solicitation (except for special requirements such as epidemic prevention and control)” is modified to “The Sponsor encourages national engineering survey and design masters, academicians, and renowned designers to form teams to participate in the solicitation. At least one of the chief planners, chief architects, and chief landscape architects of the Applicants or Consortia who have passed the prequalification should attend the reporting meeting at the important stages of the solicitation (such as the Evaluation of Design Proposals of two phases) (except for special requirements such as epidemic prevention and control)”
